V2 Characterístics

Plastering machine that allows one to mix, pump and spray all kinds of
mortars and floorings.
The ideal machine to plaster with cement, lime, plaster, single-layer and
refurbishment coverings.
Allows material from a mobile mixer or silo to be pumped.
The stator rotation direction can be inverted. This is very useful when
loading the machine.
Equipped with an oil-water-radiator which avoids overheat of hydraulic
system and ensures constant performance even having extreme temperaturas
like in summer.
In case of stopping to spray imediatly the revolution of the motor as well
as the fuel consumtion go down.
Mixes, pumps and sprays mortars and floorings with weights ranging from
0,3 to 2,5 t/m3 and a grain size of up to 6 mm.
Incorporates a 2L6 stator allowing on output of up to 3.6 mm3/h.
Can pump self levelling floor at construction sites at very low prices.
Our 60/12 stator can be used for self leveling products which allows
throughputs of up to 12 mm3/h to be reached. This, a continuos finished flooring
mix can be pumped every 2,5 minutes.
Its silent, liquid cooled three cylinder motor has 21HP by 2800 r/min,
with this power the engine has enough reserves and at the same time a low
fuel consumption and low noice level.

V2 Advantages

The space between the floor and the machine allows it to be moved around
work sites without any difficulty.
Its lightness enables it to be transported by a car.
Its remote control device allows the machine to be handled from any point it
may be located in, as well as start-up and stop the plastering process.
The machine's oil radiator is designed to handle high levels of cooling in hot
countries. Furthermore, it oil hydraulic circuit is also cooled by a combi radiator.
The powerfull compresor with a performance of 375 l/min and 6 bar ensures a
regular spraying process.
