UTIFORM V2

The ease of use of the V2 is remarkable. It is powered by a diesel engine with the hydraulic pumps feeding the mixer. Providing you have the machine turned on it will mix and pump and spray-apply materials. There is no easier rendering machine to use.

The controls are in true UTIFORM fashion made as simple as possible. After key starting the engine there are only four controls for the operator to use:

Pump forward, pump backwards.
Mixer forwards, mixer backwards.
Pump speed.
Mixer speed.

Like all plastering machines, the unit is turned on and off with the gun at the spraying end. When you turn the gun on the pump starts turning. When you turn the gun off it stops. It is that simple!!

The mixer is a forced action paddle system inside the top drum. When the materials are mixed the tilt action allows you to drop it into the pump hopper. The pump is a rotor stator pump and has a very long life. You should expect up to 2000 m2 from each rotor stator. The pumping distances that can be achieved are incredible. We have seen the machine pump through 80m long pipes and go up five storeys at the same time. This naturally depends on the consistency and “pumpability” of the materials.

Whatever cement materials you wish to use, from scratch back render to self-levelling screeds, this has to be the machine of choice.

The weight is kept to a minimum, under 750kg, so the need for a separate braking system is eliminated. These factors make the UTIFORM V2 the simplest and most user- friendly of all our plastering machines.
