UITIFORM HD50

The HD50 is the screed machine of professional choice. With the continuation of the UTIFORM philosophy in keeping machines simple to use and maintain, we know we have a real winner with the HD50.

With the 4.6 m3 per min air compressor we are able to deliver 4 m3 per hour up to a distance of 160m and up thirty floors. With the addition of the slip you can increase pumping volume to 5 m3 per hour.

The operating system is designed to be as simple as possible. The two air inputs to the pump vessel are arranged so as to eliminate any confusion. The top lever operates the top air input and the lower lever operates the lower air input.

We have recognized the problems encountered with the hydraulic driven pumps and have reverted back to the belt drive system for the HD50. A mechanical belt system is often easier to work on than a hydraulic system. There is also a more efficient transfer of power by using the belt system therefore decreasing your turn around time between mixes. The machine is also not under any torque when starting up and therefore not prone to wearing out batteries. The hood is super silenced and the central greasing system makes life easy and pleasant as can be for the operator.

Like all UTIFORM machines the HD50 is fully CE Certified and up to date with all the current safety requirements.
