Quattro Characteristics

Premixed material plaster sprayer with high hopper capacity. Designed to work perfectly with mechanically applied dry premixed materials.
Robust and simple construction.
It is possible to lowe mixing tube without loss of dry material from the container due to inclination of hopper.
Loading can be done manually with sacks or by a pneumatic conveying device for material from a silo.
Progressive cavity pump conveys damp material throught the hose to the spray gun. Then dry material is launched by means of compressed air to the wall.
In the event of any water supply problems or reduced water pressure, an additional water pressure gauge immediately shuts the whole machine off.
Electric connections are installed in a hermetically sealed box in order to protect them from dust and water in accordance with Low-Voltage Regulations.

Quattro Performance

Standard mixing and conveying throughput is of approximately 30 l/min. Can be adapted to between 5 y 60 l/min. in a few minutes by changing pump elements.
