In America we always use the nozzle to shoot the mud from the TOP down. It makes it easier to darby, then rod if needed.

Just a quick few questions mate:
So its spray on derby of as normal, fill in any lows with my normal steel float. Then do you rub it up with a poly float or PVC float or something? And then I presume for Scrape textured finish you scrape it back next day depemndant on weather?

i live in dallas tx n work on plaster bussines,the longer hose we use is 300linear feet,but we talking that we use puthzmeitzer diesel combo mixer pump,with this material u dont need any metal lath,what about control joints?

a little lime in the portland makes it sick upside down to a steal trowl so i suppose this mix is just as sticky.
in any case you will never get it off the wall i did a concrete block house and
had to use a air power chilsel to chip of
some cenent mixer residue and yo remove some block in the process, the bond is so great.
how does that much weight hold to the wall, there must be an adhesion used because it dont really stick to dust/dirty surfaces or smooth ones.
I never seen one of these used in rl tho, just the mixer and whjeel barrel and trowels, after wire is done.

the expansion on the spray and block is the same. And the adhesion is the best of all situations
Is there a limit to the lenght of hose you could fit? I had an idea perhaps this could be used as a receiver/pump to apply cement screed to a cellar floor etc

wayne stohl plastering here in the states uses sprayers to do all there work. they pump out the product. we did 500+ square foot bank with dryvit exterior from foam to finish 3 days with small crew 4-5.
